One thing if anything, ive picked up from Life Regenerator is to forget 5 a day fruit and veg. Just eat a ton of it, make salads make em big, forget the little salads and just eating one portion of vegetables. Eat allot and eat them often get the greens and colours and nutrients in the system. And keep them coming. Eat big salads for breakfast, eat big salads for a snack and enjoy large portions of vegetables on your plate.
